About this role
Lead Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Supervisor and executing day- to-day operations repairs involving plumbing, carpentry, electrical , painting, drywall, HVAC, and fire and security knowledge of general plumbing, electrical & License: Valid driver' s license and a reliable. This is a electrical opportunity with Baldwin Real Estate Corp in Ithaca, NY. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
