The Lead Licensed Mechanical Project Engineer is responsible for leading the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical building systems for a variety of commercial, retail, institutional, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. This role serves as a technical leader and project resource, providing engineering expertise, project oversight, quality assurance, and mentorship to engineering and design staff. Working collaboratively with Project Managers, architects, engine. This is a driving and delivery opportunity with Cuhaci & Peterson Architects in Spring House, Montgomery County. Driving, delivery, and courier work. Drivers transport goods safely and on time, plan routes, and provide friendly service at each stop.
