Lead Generation Specialist – HVAC and Plumbing
About this role
Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing sales. In this role, you will identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, email, and online research, and respond to inbound inquiries from homeowners and small businesses. You’ll nurture prospects, schedule estimates for our field teams, and maintain accurate records in our CRM. Working closely with sales and operations, you’ll help fill the schedul. This is a plumbing opportunity with Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing in Pineville, Mecklenburg County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
