Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician Lexington, KY Perfection Group is hiring a Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support our Lexington service team. We're looking for a highly skilled technician who can independently solve complex equipment problems, build trusted customer relationships, and provide technical leadership in the field. You'll service a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems while helpi. This is a HVAC opportunity with Perfection Group in Lexington, Fayette County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
