A national company with a facility in Farmington Hills, Michigan is currently seeking a Lead Carpenter for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. Lead Carpenter rates are anticipated to be $20-$30 per hour. This is a carpentry opportunity with Engineering and Manufacturing Company in Farmington Hills, Oakland County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
What you'll do
- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
