Construction Laborers - $18-$23/hr | 1st Shift | Start Next Week Pay: $18-$25 per hour depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join a growing construction team! If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of large-scale construction projects, we want to hear from you. Immediate openings available with starts as early as next week Key Responsibilities Direct and spot trucks to ensure safe and effi. This is a construction opportunity with Aerotek in Fairfax, Linn County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
