POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician I to support our Facilities Team. This is an entry-level to intermediate role responsible for assisting with general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, painting, preventative maintenance, event setups, and light cleaning duties. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in commercial maintenance while working alongside an experienced team. We value hard wo. This is a electrical opportunity with Sun City Macdonald Ranch Community in Henderson, Clark County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
