Responsable del Reclutamiento y Selección de perfiles operativos y técnicos del proyecto. Administración del HC de la obra incidencias, prenómina, asistencias. Relaciones laborales Renuncias Voluntarias y bajas por termino de proyecto. Seguimiento a expedientes de personal y documentos de contratación del personal de nuevo ingreso. Atención a auditorias internas y externas. comunicación constante con la Gerencia de RH y con la Dirección de construcción del proyecto. Trato con proveedor. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
