Oriented Janitor/Facility Maintenance Technician who will , safety, and general appearance of the office interior and exterior window cleaning and routine filter beginning at 1:00 p.m.General Janitorial CleaningEmpty trash and accessible HVAC supply and return grilles. This is a HVAC opportunity with Nascence Group LLC in Corpus Christi, TX. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
