About this role
As an Interior Electrician , you will maintain interior electrical systems and equipment at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport or Washington Dulles International Airport. This is a journey (full performance) level job in the Interior Electrician series. Serves in the Electrical Division of the Airport Maintenance Department at either Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport or Washington Dulles International Airport. Installs, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, modifies, and maintains inter. This is a electrical opportunity with Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority in Dulles, Loudoun County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
