Lone Star Facility Management LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician (W-2 Employee) to provide commercial HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services across mixed commercial properties. The technician will manage daily dispatches with remote technical oversight from the facilities manager, using the company-provided facilities management platform for assignments and documentation. This role includes a rotating on-call schedule and opport. This is a HVAC opportunity with Lone Star Facility Management LLC in Cincinnati, Hamilton County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
