Classification: Non-Exempt Status: Full-Time Reports to: Service Manager Location: Santa Fe Area Summary/Objective Performs supervisory responsibilities for managing all aspects of the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilating, and related systems. This individual is responsible for planning, assigning, participating in, and supervising the work of air conditioning and refrigeration mechanics and helpers in the efficient operation, maintena. This is a HVAC opportunity with B & D Industries in Santa Fe, Santa Fe County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
Communicate repairs clearly to customers
