About this role
Facilities HVAC Maintenance Technician Classification: Hourly current HVAC system Clean/ Inspect HVAC systems for effectiveness and in working order Plumbing. Troubleshoot/repair Must be able to operate forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes and maintenance. This is a plumbing opportunity with Kobe Aluminum Automotive in Bowling Green, KY. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
