Stuart, FL | JB’s A/C & Electrical JB’s A/C & Electrical is looking for an organized, dependable, and hands-on Shop Manager to keep our HVAC shop running efficiently and make sure our crews are prepared for upcoming jobs. This is NOT just a desk or management position. This is a hands-on role combining shop management, job preparation, inventory organization, and occasional field support. Responsibilities include: • Review upcoming jobs and prepare/stage material. This is a electrical opportunity with Jb Ac & Electrical Inc in Stuart, Martin County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
