About this role
We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment while ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This position does not require over-night travel. Key Responsibilities Installation of commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork etc. This is a HVAC opportunity with AMS Mechanical Services, LLC in Indianapolis, Marion County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
