About this role
Position: HVAC Service Technician Reports to: Field Supervisor and Service Manager General The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for making service calls to multi-family and light commercial properties for repair and maintenance. Will make a diagnosis and make repair on site. Responsibilities: Diagnose HVAC air handlers and condensers. Responsible for inputting service notes and photos in field service application. Work with Project Man. This is a HVAC opportunity with Pearson Air in Arlington, Tarrant County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
