About this role
Overview We are looking for new Team Members. We have an outstanding, supportive, non-toxic company culture with intentional work/life balance in mind. We offer in house training with 20 plus year HVAC techs. We use a convenient customer account software with company supplied IPADS. Minimum 2 year HVAC experience high pay, commissions, company vehicle, Health insurance, Dental, 401K plan Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on r. This is a HVAC opportunity with Fontaine Mechanical Heating, Plumbing A/C in Bristol, Hartford County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
