Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician Job Location: Dothan, AL We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining and servicing HVAC systems. Experience is required. We are willing to provide additional training. Applicants must be able to operate a motor vehicle and pass pre-employment drug screening. HVAC Service Technician Duties an. This is a HVAC opportunity with Work With Your Handz in Dothan, Houston County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
