HVAC Maintenance Technician
About this role
We are looking for a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Austin. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with basic HVAC experience who are eager to grow their careers within the trade. You’ll play a critical role supporting HVAC projects through field inspections, installation prep, equipment handling, and direct work with licensed technicians. This position is designed to support our utility rebate programs in partnership with t. This is a HVAC opportunity with CG Service Pros in Austin, Travis County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
