About this role
Primary Purpose: Under general supervision, maintain, repair, and install heating and air conditioning systems and equipment throughout the district. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all HVAC systems in district facilities. Qualifications: Education/Certification: High School diploma or GED Valid Texas driver’s license TLDR contractor license or technician certification Master license in one of the MEP trades, preferred Special Knowledge Skills: Knowledge of HVAC rep. This is a HVAC opportunity with New Braunfels in New Braunfels, Comal County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
