Maintenance Technician – HVAC Required Location: Hendersonville, TN 37075 Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician Schedule: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community in Hendersonville, TN. We are looking for a skilled, dependable technician who can hit the ground running and confidently handle apartment maintenance and HVAC repairs. HVAC EXPERIENCE IS REQU. This is a HVAC opportunity with Certified Apartment Staffing in Nashville, Davidson County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
