About this role
Marriott International is seeking a seasoned Engineer III to join our Engineering & Maintenance team, supporting our expansive portfolio of over 8,000 properties worldwide. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetic integrity. This is a HVAC opportunity with Marriott in New Orleans, LA. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
