In search of an amazing and highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. We primarily service residential properties in the DMV area. We do have some commercial clients as well and that department is growing! 8 years HVAC experience required. Must be drug-free, have a clean driving record and a great attitude! We are a small company, looking for a team player with a positive attitude! Our ideal candidate would be an HVAC Technician with several years experien. This is a HVAC opportunity with Conde Tech Services in Alexandria, Alexandria City. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
