About this role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities General Handyman Work Perform general repairs and maintenance on buildings, equipment, and facility grounds. Repair doors, locks, cabinets, windows, drywall, flooring, and fixtures. Install and replace light fixtures, ceiling tiles, shelving, signs, and hardware. Complete minor plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, and drain issues. Perform minor electrical work such as replacing switches, outlets, and light fixtures. This is a electrical opportunity with Caraf Oil Transportation in Hialeah, Miami-Dade County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
