About this role
Project Handyman — Trade Chaos for Craftsmanship We’re looking for an experienced, well-rounded tradesperson to handle the miscellaneous work that keeps our luxury residential remodeling and new-construction projects moving toward the finish line. This role is responsible for project punch lists, warranty work, small repairs, final adjustments, and the wide variety of tasks that don’t always fall neatly under one trade. The ideal candidate may be a bags-on contra. This is a moving and hauling opportunity with Uptown Construction, Inc. in Sacramento, Sacramento County. Moving, hauling, and junk removal. Movers pack, lift, and load furniture and boxes, protecting items and property during transport.
What you'll do
- Pack, wrap, and protect household or office items
- Lift and carry furniture and boxes
- Load and secure the truck efficiently
- Assemble and disassemble furniture
- Provide friendly, careful service
