About this role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Property Preservation Specialists or Handymen to maintain REO and vacant properties. The ideal individual will be responsible for inspections, initial services, and recurring maintenance and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to required standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections and property maintenance (e.g., Lock work, Yard care, Cleaning, Snow removal, Winterization, Repair, Maintenance). Secure vacant properties b.
