About this role
Part and full time positions available Work days are Monday Thru Friday, between 8AM - 5PM. Perform general residential type maintenance tasks including but not limited to minor electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, drywall, and painting Perform minor custodial/cleaning tasks. Perform landscaping/groundskeeping tasks. Good communication skills are a must Ability to pass a background check. Must possess a valid drivers license. \nCompany Description A 70 uni. This is a electrical opportunity with The Park Lane Condominium in Buffalo, Erie County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
