We have partnered with a 200 unit apartment complex in Memphis who is in need of additional help on the Maintenance team. The Groundskeeper role is focused on maintaining the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the property. This role combines janitorial responsibilities with light maintenance, painting, and unit turnover tasks. Pay is $16/hour with a schedule of 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri The Groundskeeper ensures that the building’s common areas, exterior grounds, and v. This is a painting opportunity with Complete Staffing Solutions in Memphis, Shelby County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.
What you'll do
- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
- Clean up and maintain equipment
