SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine grounds maintenance duties Reprots to: Facilities Director/Superintendent Days: 240 DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS • Assigned routine grounds keeping duties • Performs semi-skilled gardening and grounds maintenance duties on school grounds and landscaped areas and involves specialized duties such as concrete work and installing and maintaining playground equipment • Operate grounds equipment, perform landscape construction and lead other grounds personn. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Russell County Schools in Jamestown, Russell County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.

- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
- Remove debris and keep sites tidy
