Part-Time Handyman / Grounds Maintenance Worker Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (25 hours per week) Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Handyman / Grounds Maintenance Worker to assist with the general upkeep, maintenance, and appearance of our property. This position involves primarily outdoor work, including landscaping, vehicle washing, painting, and minor repairs. Retirees are encouraged. This is a painting opportunity with Magnum Staffing Services, Inc. in Houston, Harris County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.
What you'll do
- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
- Clean up and maintain equipment
