About this role

This role plays a key part in distributing product, operating primary equipment on site, ensuring efficient warehouse flow, and supporting operational excellence. There are 3 different levels for these roles that will help determine the pay range y. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Staff Management | SMX in Calera, Shelby County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
