General Laborer

This General Laborer role is designed for a hardworking individual experienced in lawn care, landscape, and hardscape installation. The position involves predominantly outdoor work, often under direct sunlight, and requires physical stamina and the ability to work both independently and within small teams. Compensation varies based on experience. Will be pre-discussed and paid out via payroll weekly. The role reports to a hands on Foreman and may require occasion. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with J&B Exterior Group in Tampa, Hillsborough County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
What you'll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
- Remove debris and keep sites tidy
