Position Summary The General Construction Laborer provides hands-on support for specialty foundation and general construction operations. This is a flexible field-support position rather than a role limited to one specialized trade. The employee may be assigned a wide range of physically demanding tasks based on project needs, including work in tight, restricted, or underground areas. The successful candidate must be willing and able to follow direction, work saf. This is a construction opportunity with Structural Systems Inc in Honolulu, Hawaii. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
