About this role
Announcement : Performs general repair and maintenance of furniture, shelving, roof repairs and operates, cleans, maintains mechanical and plumbing deficiencies, and construction trades; Knowledge REQUIRED: Valid driver’ s license electrical, HVAC and/or architectural. This is a electrical opportunity with International Downtown Association in Fairfax, VA. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
