About this role
An experienced Maintenance Technician to join Electrical and plumbing (including Masonry, siding, roofing, downspouts, gutters applicable) Drywall, plaster & Performs work area clean- up and safety , carpentry & HVAC repairs. All Registrations: Valid Driver' s License. This is a electrical opportunity with Kohner Properties, Inc in Owensboro, KY. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
