Full-time Description Vanguard Renewables is a national leader in environmental services and the development of food and dairy waste-to-renewable energy projects. The Company builds, owns, and operates on-farm anaerobic digestion facilities and is continuing to scale through an extensive national expansion of its Farm Powered ® platform. It is committed to advancing decarbonization by reducing greenhouse gas emissions from farms and food waste, generating renewable energy, and supporting regene. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Vanguard Renewables in Saint Leo, Pasco County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.

What you'll do

  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
  • Load and unload trucks and pallets
  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
  • Scan and track inventory
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
