Floating Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Los Angeles)
About this role
Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs across a portfolio of multifamily apartment properties throughout the Los Angeles area. Duties include apartment turnovers, drywall and painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance and HVAC maintenance, responding to work orders, and completing property improvement projects. Must be dependable, self-motivated, experienced in residential maintenance, and able to travel between properties while maintaining quality workmanshi. This is a electrical opportunity with property management in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
