Fleet Maintenance Manager
About this role
MV Transportation is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee safe, reliable upkeep of our transit fleet. In this on-site role, you will lead mechanics and technicians, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with DOT, OEM, and safety standards. You’ll coordinate with operations to maximize vehicle availability, control parts and vendor costs, and use maintenance systems to track performance and drive continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity. This is a events and setup opportunity with MV Transportation in San Rafael, Marin County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.
