We are looking for a LEADER who is able to MOTIVATE, TRAIN AND LEAD a HVAC Service Team to success! We seek a skilled HVAC Service Manager to oversee the service, repair, and installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. A proven track record and prior Service Management experience in the HV. This is a HVAC opportunity with Patriot Mechanical Inc in San Rafael, Marin County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
