Field Laborer White Maple Construction Oakland, NJ | Full-Time | $26-$32 per hour, based on experience and skills White Maple Construction builds high-end additions, whole-home renovations, and custom homes throughout Northern New Jersey. We take pride not only in the quality of our finished work, but also in maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites throughout the construction process. We're looking for a Field Laborer to support our carpenters and project teams across active jo. This is a carpentry opportunity with White Maple Construction in Franklin Lakes, Bergen County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
What you'll do
- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
