Operations / Maintenance Technician maintain a safe, clean, and attractive basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, Complete general handyman tasks such as Assist with janitorial tasks when necessary Valid driver' s license required Recognition Day* ~ Reduced-. This is a electrical opportunity with Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center in Rockford, IL. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
