About this role
NPC&M is seeking an experienced Facility Mechanic | Skilled Carpenter – Commercial Construction & Maintenance , based in Massachusetts , to join our growing team. This full-time, field-based role involves managing small-to-medium commercial construction and maintenance projects across New England. Responsibilities include carpentry, vendor coordination, scheduling, and client communication. Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience required. NOTE ON. This is a carpentry opportunity with NPC&M in Boston, Suffolk County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.

- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
