Facility Maintenance Technician Performs electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs in an aging facility starter with strong handyman skills and the ability ~5+ years of construction experience. ~ Hands to handle physical labor including bending,. This is a electrical opportunity with Talascend in Troy, MI. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
