About this role
Supporting all day- to-day Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Complete light plumbing, electrical, HVAC and overlays, Roofing, Concrete work, etc is in safe, clean working condition Facilities & Construction meetings have a valid driver' s license the Department of Labor. This is a electrical opportunity with New Horizon Academy in Des Moines, IA. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
