This role requires the following skills: Minimum of 2 years in facilities maintenance, or janitorial services Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required. Demonstrated ability to operate landscaping equipment. Familiarity with various hand and power tools. Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: Follows Safety Guideline and procedures set for this role. Does not operate any equipm. This is a cleaning and janitorial opportunity with AMERITEX PIPE & PRODUCTS in Dorchester, Grayson County. Cleaning, janitorial, and custodial work for homes, offices, or facilities. Cleaners sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and keep spaces presentable and safe.
