Facilities / Warehouse Maintenance your first day. ~ Nine service delivery to the client for general and basic HVAC maintenance fixtures, plumbing, and general , landscaping, and exterior , drywall, painting Valid Driver' s License facet of construction and facilities. This is a plumbing opportunity with Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Cincinnati, OH. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
