About this role
Facilities Painter Location: Long Beach, CA Duration: 6 months with possible extension Pay: $30-$35/hr on w2 Develop and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules for assigned sites Be able to work independently Assembling scaffolding as required Covering trim, floors, furniture and other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths and other protective coverings to keep them free of paint Setting up ventilators and other safety equipmen. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Select Source International in Long Beach, Los Angeles County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.
