Facilities Manager
About this role
The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating activities that affect the operation, repair, maintenance, and construction of all KLC corporate facilities (currently includes one corporate building with both office and warehouse space and two associated parking lots), equipment, and grounds to minimize business interruptions and improve operations efficiency. This role ensures building systems run efficiently, supports. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with KY. LOTTERY CORP in Louisville, Jefferson County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.

- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
