Full-time Description POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Association Property and Maintenance Director, this position is responsible for providing and overseeing maintenance and repairs for an assigned region/location of YMCA of Southwest Florida. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and completing repairs to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and devices, general maintenance and repairs and the supervision of housekeeping staff and custodial team. ESSE. This is a electrical opportunity with YMCA of Southwest Florida in Lakewood Ranch, Manatee County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
