About this role
Cocoon House seeks a Facilities Technician to keep youth shelters and program spaces safe, functional, and welcoming. In this on-site role, you’ll perform routine and emergency repairs, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, and preventive maintenance across multiple properties. You’ll monitor safety systems, support inspections, and coordinate with vendors, all within a trauma-informed, youth-centered environment. Your work ensures reliable, comfortable spaces where at-risk and. This is a electrical opportunity with Cocoon House in Everett, Snohomish County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
